Professional Experience

Mr. Frigo has been in public accounting for over twenty-five years.  Mr. Frigo’s has experience in preparation and tax planning of several types of tax returns, including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and individual tax returns.  He has experience with start-up companies, multistate tax issues and company acquisition or asset sales.  He has worked with real estate companies, construction, manufacturing and service-related companies.  Mr. Frigo received his bachelor’s degree from Nichols College and his Masters in Taxation from the University of New Haven.   Mr. Frigo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
